I think that someone should have followed up to see how everything went and how we liked them after such an extensive and expensive project. I found it very strange that we never heard from them again. Follow up was the only flaw.

They did a great job of putting in the windows but they did leave a mess outside, there was white caulk all over our red brick patio, bits of old window debris on the ground. They could have taken more time to clean up. Only 2 guys showed up so it did take all day to do 6 windows and a slider, we expect more guys but they did get it done.
